I'm Jason Forcey - strategic architect, Air Force veteran, husband, and father of eight.
For 22 years I served in the United States Air Force — first as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal technician, then as a commissioned Munitions Maintenance Officer. The Air Force taught me one thing above everything else: take care of your people and they will always find a way to accomplish the mission. I learned to listen before I led, and to serve before I directed. That's the foundation of everything I do with clients.
After two decades of leading teams through high-stakes environments, I started noticing a pattern. The people around me — capable, driven, accomplished — were working hard but feeling off course. Not failing. Drifting. And I knew exactly what that felt like, and exactly what it took to fix it.
That's why I built the Strategic Architecture Practice.
I help small business owners find that last bit of direction that takes them from just getting by to achieving excellence. Through Clarity, Structure, and Discipline — the same framework I used leading Air Force units — I help people build businesses that grow on purpose, not by accident.
Outside the practice
My wife and I have been married for 20 years. We have eight kids — six girls and two boys. Our household runs the same way I coach: intentionally, with clarity about what matters and discipline to live it out. Our Catholic faith is the foundation underneath all of it.
When I'm not working or coaching, I'm running. It's where I think clearly, resolve what's unresolved, and get outside my own head. And when the day is done, I play guitar and sing — not to rest from life, but to rest in it.
